In addition to offering common trade materials, Winsert utilizes patented and proprietary alloys to provide cost saving and cost stable proven solutions to our OEM partners.
Valve Seat Inserts / Rings
Winsert manufactures valve seat rings / insert castings as well as precision and non-precision valve seats. Winsert’s high volume VSI’s are produced for heavy-duty diesel applications as well as gaseous applications (natural gas, ethanol, methanol, biogas, digester gas). Winsert’s VSI true replacement alloys offer OEM tested and proven performance as well as cost savings and stability when compared to cobalt- and nickel-base common trade materials as well as other replacement materials offered in the market.
Shafts
Winsert manufactures shafts for EGR, turbocharger, and wastegate applications. Winsert’s OEM tested and proven shaft materials provide significant cost savings to go along with incredible performance to our OEM partners. Winsert shaft materials are designed to mate with common trade materials as well as Winsert patented and proprietary bushing and washer materials in order to maximize the cost savings and cost stability for our OEM partners while providing the necessary performance.
Radial Bearings / Bushings
Winsert’s bushing materials serve as true replacement materials for high-cost common trade materials. Winsert’s bushing materials offer substantial savings to go along with OEM tested and proven performance. Many of our bushing materials are designed to mate with Winsert shaft and washer materials to provide even more significant savings when packaged together for EGR, turbocharger, and wastegate applications. Winsert also manufactures bushings for engine brake, exhaust brake, and aerospace applications.
