​MARINETTE, WI – Winsert, Inc. is pleased to announce that Leah Ruleau has been named the company’s 2020 Employee of the Year.  Leah was hired at Winsert in 2014 and her main job is as a certified LDP Operator and Trainer.  Leah is known for her positive attitude and her detailed knowledge of all processes and procedures.  Leah is a go-to person for answers to ensure the job is done correctly and promptly.  Leah’s care for Winsert and our customers is evident in the effort she puts in each day.

Leah is a local resident of Menominee who enjoys camping, bike riding, and spending time with friends and family.  When asked what Leah likes best about Winsert, she stated that she loves the friendly atmosphere and the approachable leadership.
