Bill Doyle chosen as Winsert 2021 Employee of the Year

MARINETTE, WI – Winsert is pleased to announce that Bill Doyle has been named the company’s 2021 Employee of the Year. Bill, who was hired in 2012, currently holds the position of CNC Auto Lathe Operator in Winsert’s machine shop. Bill is a wonderful asset to Winsert as he is always considerate of his co-workers, the customers, and their products, as well as time management to get the job done efficiently with the highest level of quality.
“Bill is a hardworking and great employee that is truly one of a kind” said Amy Anderson, one of Winsert’s Production Supervisors. “He is genuinely a nice person who does what is necessary for Winsert and is well deserving of the 2021 Employee of the Year Award!”
Bill was born and raised in Sharon, Pennsylvania and then moved to Sterling Heights, Michigan in 1984. Bill, along with his wife Jenny and two daughters, Rylee and Loyla, moved to Menominee in 2007. Bill likes to spend his free time watching his daughters in the various activities that they are involved in, especially basketball, tennis, and school plays. He also enjoys cheering on his favorite team the Pittsburg Steelers. Bill is an avid chess player who is also known as “Maverick” for his critical thinking abilities in chess matches. When asked what Bill likes best about Winsert, he stated that he likes the people and is also very appreciative of all the opportunities that he has been presented with at Winsert that has allowed him to progress in his career here.
