W671-P™ is a medium carbon and high alloy austenite iron-base alloy with good wear resistance as well as good galling resistance. The wear resistance is better than traditional high chromium type iron-base alloys and its thermal conductivity is also significantly lower than 1.4713 type ferritic stainless steel.
