Winsert was founded in 1977 by Stephen A. Dickinson. Stephen retired in 2008 as CEO; he remains active as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Stephen’s daughter, Trisha Dickinson Lemery, is his successor and has been active in the company since 1993. She has served Winsert in a variety of positions and now serves Winsert as its president and CEO. In addition to Trisha, the second generation includes Stephen Paul Dickinson, who is a new product engineer. Since its charter, Winsert developed several guiding principles which has led to our success today.
